This fun and social, all-paces, no drop ride is a perfect way to spend some time on the saddle and get your legs moving. Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/25607331 Christina Costa, one of our amazing first-time riders, is an ambassador for Liv ad will lead an hour long clinic from 9:30 - 10:30 about cycling basics - how to fix a flat and learning about bike anatomy. If you don't want to come for the clinic - that's perfectly fine! Please arrive by 10:30 to sign in, and listen to the route review and safety speech before we ride out. After the ride, we'll meet at Sports Basement Berkeley, do a little shopping and devour the snacks and drinks provided. Parking: Feel free to park in the Sports Basement lot, or on the street. If you want to take BART, Ashby BART is 0.3 miles away. This ride is open to people who are registered for AIDS/LifeCycle and those that are not!
