Welcome to the Saturday Fall South Bay training series, designed to build your strength and get you comfortable riding 20-50 miles before the end of the year. Rides will progress slowly October through December and are a great opportunity for new cyclists as well as returning cyclists getting back on their bikes. All AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace.
These are not particularly hill-focused as much as they are movement focused, so with some effort, it's a great opportunity to improve your speed and endurance. Come on out, bring your friends, ride your best, and have a great time. No riders left behind and all paces are welcome. See you at Starbucks at 9am! Please RSVP.
