In June of 2020 and 2021, I was expecting to once again be riding my bike (from San Francisco to Los Angeles) to help End AIDS. However, like many aspects of our lives, those plans have been sidelined by COVID. I'm still raising funds and we all hope that the AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC) will resume in 2022. My involvement in ALC has been successful because of wonderful supporters like you.
The San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center use ALC funds to provide care for those who are positive, while also supporting efforts to help end HIV transmission and to stop AIDS on the local, state, national and an international levels. With a little good fortune and by the end of this year (as a Training Ride Leder [TRL]), I will once again be helping to prepare new riders for the 545 mile journey between San Francisco and Los Angeles. TRLs help new cyclists build skills and confidence, so that we can all safely propel ourselves to Los Angeles.
Our primary goal is to make a difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS, while also aiming to end new cases of HIV. Please help me to achieve these objectives by donating to the AIDS/LIfeCycle. Contributions of any level help and are greatly appreciated.
Help me support AIDS/LifeCycle by giving what you can. We'll keep riding until AIDS and HIV are things of the past. No donataion is too small (or too large!).
Very best regards, big virtual hugs, and my sincere gratitude for your help,
