Thanks for visiting my page!
I've long been a champion, volunteer and fundraiser for the Los Angeles LGBT Center because of its vast array of essential (and life-saving!) services, and am happy to continue the fight to end HIV/AIDS.
I'll be honest -- my last LifeCycle in 2017 was really, really challenging and I wasn't sure this is the way I'd ever rally support for the Center again. But with my Precinct coworkers by my side, and an early start on my bicycle (I've been cycling to my office and the bar, and along the L.A. River in the mornings) I am looking forward to the challenge of cycling 545 (five. hundred. and. forty. five. miles.) from San Francisco to Los Angeles in June 2022.
Throughout the year I'll be training and raising funds to help the Center provide HIV & STI screenings, assist youth experiencing homelessness, connect those with HIV to affordable housing, offer public education and policy-shaping.
You're probably on my page because you value these efforts too and also want to make a huge impact on the community. I cannot think of a better way. Thanks for any donation amount -- it really keeps me motivated to pedal my azz off and keep crowing about the L.A. LGBT Center -- the largest facility in the WORLD providing services to the LGBT Community.
