Yes, you read that right, it's AIDS LifeCycle Ride time and this year will be my 21st RIDE. So, I definitely think that there should be a bottle of Champagne somewhere on this ride for me, I am now of legal drinking age on the ride after all!!!
The past 20 years have been a life changing journey for me, and I am so excited to start making my way from San Francisco to Los Angeles for time number 21!!!
Over the past two decades I've ridden thousands of miles and with your help and generosity have raised thousands upon thousands more in cold, hard cash which has helped tens of thousands of men and women who rely on the help, health and healing provided by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. As a physician I see firsthand how AIDS continues to change the lives of those around us. And it is for them, it is for those you and I will never know, and it is for those who someday will be born into a world without AIDS that I ride for again this year. I ride because there are those who cannot ride any longer, and so that others may not ever have to ride in the future.
I am hopeful that I can raise a hefty $40,000 this year to help in this effort. And I need you to help get me there.
So, I ask you to please donate, donate with your whole heart, and donate generously, both I and the thousands of clients of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation will be eternally grateful.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
