I'm Riding to End AIDS.
So here we go again. I keep thinking this must be my last AIIDS Lifecycle and yet we are so close to a cure! But I would love to be there when they make that announcement. Imagine no new cases. No new young lives (or old ones) cut short needlessly. So I hope my faithful bike holds out yet another year, that my gnarly knees crank along, that my lungs dont fail me on on Quad Buster hill. because my minimal suffering is nothing compared with what Aids patients put up with- and not just one week of the year.
And by the way, what a glorious way to see our beautiful California-6 days, 545 miles. Sleeping on the ground is something I actually like. Spandex? Not so much. Think it over. You too could bike or roadie. Or maybe DONATE! To a good cause. One of many, I know. But as good as they get in our very own San Francisco. Come on. Enter the love bubble with me.
