AIDS/Lifecycle 2022 will be my 7th time to ride my bike the 545 miles down the coast of California. What a privilege, with your support to be able to help others. In a world where division seems strong, let’s prove the opposite. We all can really work together regardless of the path we travel. Let’s do this side by side with love!
Throughout the year I will be training by riding scores of miles, maintaining my own bike and equipment and fundraising and generally working my butt off. My fundraising goal is $10,000. Please, my generous beautiful people, help me conquer that goal. Maybe even double it!
As in the past I continue to dedicate my ride in honor of my late partner, Patrick L. Wass. He passed away from this disease in 1991. I also ride for all the friends and family I know and the millions of strangers I will never meet, that have passed on or may be living with this challenge.
This event is in support of the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
The services provided as a result of our fundraising efforts include counseling, HIV/STD screenings, linking youth experiencing homelessness and people living with HIV to housing, and so much more. By supporting this cause, you take a stand against stigma, helping to create a world where health justice is a reality. We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past.
I would love the support in helping others. What a great world we can create when we work together. Lots of love and good vibes to you all. THANK YOU.
