Thank you for joining me in this cause!
In June 2020, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile/7 day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Once again, I'll be one of those people pedaling my way to the finish line in LA for the 4th time. In 2015, I was a Roadie in bike parking, and in 2016 I began to train and ride a bike again after 30 years of not even owning a bicycle. I also met my life partner Tim in 2016 on an early training ride whispering to a friend of mine "Who is that", and WOOF when he pedaled into the starting point at Mission Bay South Shores in San Diego.
The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me. I learned at an early age from my parents that helping others less fortunate is the biggest reward in LIFE. I've met so many amazing humans through this organization that inspire me every single day by giving back to our community. Your donations provide medical costs along with the proper drugs, counseling to a newly diagnosed HIV patient, and even housing for someone without insurance or the support of their family.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
