This is MY Journey.
My journey to learn about AIDS/HIV.
My journey to connect with people who've been affected.
My journey to share what I've experienced.
My journey to be a part of something BIG.
My journey to change the world.
My journey to move from SF to LA.
My journey to help others.
My journey starts with YOU.
This year, I will be participating in my EIGHTH Aids/LifeCycle. This will be my seventh year as a Rider!!!!
This is also my SIXTH year as Team Captain for SheSpoke - for the third year in a row I'll have Meg Shutzer by my side helping to grow, empower, support, and lead this awesome group of amazing humans who are fighting for the HIV/AIDS cause by fundraising, educating, and cycling for this wonderful event. We will join together and take a stand (or a seat in the saddle) as we make our way down the coast to encourage others to educate themselves about this pandemic. Over the past four years we have raised over $400,000 and well, you know we're about to break $500,000!!!! Can you please help???
We are raising funds to support the amazing organizations that are the SF AIDS Foundation and the LA Gay and Lesbian Center. Every dollar counts. And by dollar, I mean yes, just $1. Not everyone can donate $500. Are you willing to help support me and my team's journey by donating what your budget allows? $200, $50, $25? Did you know you can even spread payments out over the months leading up to the ride?
Remember, every journey has both a beginning and an end.
My journey starts with you and ends when AIDS ends.
