As I am sure you know, there will be no AIDS/Lifecycle in 2021, the ongoing pandemic makes it impossible. But the work of San Francisco AIDS Foundation remains as important as ever. Many of those who SFAF serves find themselves on the front lines of both COVID-19 and HIV/AIDS. With so many other justifiably amazing organizations, doing incredible work, I hope that you will join me in supporting the work of San Francisco AIDS Foundation, with a gift to this year's Together Ride. Together Ride is a reimagined way of way for everyone to get involved. Collectively, the AIDS/Lifecycle community will ride 1.2 million miles in honor of the 1.2 million people living with HIV/AIDS throughout the United States.
As someone who has been living with HIV for over a decade, this is my community. I understand how important it is to stand up and be counted, not only for yourself, but those around you. As a queer, black man, living with HIV, I take that responsibility very seriously.
For this year's Together Ride, I am committed to riding 3,000 miles between now and June 30, 2021 and raising $12,000 not for me, but for those like me.
Every donation counts, please join me in making a difference in the lives of others.
