ITS FINALLY F*CKIN' TIME.
For the last ten years, I have stared at images of friends pedaling their way from San Francisco to LA and have been inspired on a level deeper than anything I can fully describe – and each year, seeing the videos of the cyclists crossing the finish lines in LA has always brought tears to my eyes. In 2019, I will be riding with those men and women who have inspired me for all of these years and add my own momentum to this effort.
The fight against HIV/AIDS is a cause near and dear to me for a multitude of reasons and I am excited to throw my hat in and actively support the San Francisco Aids Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center in their efforts to support those living with this disease, dissolve the stigma surrounding it, and ultimately end it altogether.
Please join me in this fight. I’ll continue to update this page as I learn more about my participation in the ride and also as my fundraising efforts grow.
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
— Ralph Waldo Emerson
