It's my twenty-year comeback and I'd love to have your support!
It's been 20 years since I last rode and fundraised for the Texas and Washington DC AIDS Rides in 1999-2000. A lot has changed since then and while progress has been made in the battle to beat HIV & AIDS, sadly the epedemic is not yet over.
From May 31st to June 6th, I will be back in saddle as one of over 3,000 Cyclists, along with hundreds of Roadies and Virtual Cyclists who will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
I don't think it's going to be any easier this time, but I'm excited to be returning for this "new" challenge in my life where I believe my effort and impact will really make a difference.
I'm asking you to support me and support HIV and AIDS education, prevention and treatment opportunties by making a donation today. The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
Thank you and much love,
