Thanks for stopping by my page!
This summer (May 31 - June 6), over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in my fantastic fifth AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center - and I'll be one of them, again!
In my first four years of my AIDS/LifeCycle journey, my supporters helped me fundraise a combined ~ $34,000 - which is really frickin' incredible!
This level of support is astounding and has directly contributed to the services provided by the SF AIDS Foundation and the LA LGBT Center; including:
- Providing critical services and resources to those that need them in CA
- Supporting national advocacy to reverse budget cuts to HIV/AIDS care for underserved individuals and to increase the eligibility limit for drug assist programs, allowing more people living with HIV to access medications.
- Conducting research that contributes to scientific knowledge regarding the prevention, intervention, and treatment of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
I'm diving back into the deep end for a FIFTH round of AIDS/LifeCycle! It’s an amazing event supporting amazing organizations. We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me. I won't be able to thank you enough for your contributions!
I greatly appreciate any donations that you may be able to provide to help me reach my fundraising goal!
