Thanks, all, for joining me in the AIDS/LifeCycle!
From June 4th through June 10th, I'll be joining the over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
Carving a week out of June proved unexpectedly challenging in the past, and I’m thrilled to have made it a reality this year. I’m privileged to have many wonderful people in my life who are living with HIV, and further still friends and colleagues working in LGBT Health and HIV Services.
The support from ALC to the Los Angeles LGBT Center funds critically important services that mean the world to those who receive them, and given the likely contracture of public sources of funding for community based services, the importance of fundraisers like AIDS/LifeCycle could not be overstated. Your support on this ride means a great deal to me.
We have the technology and resources to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
