2018 was an incredible year for many reasons, but the highlight was my experience participating in the AIDS/Lifecycle ride from SF to LA. It was 7 days full of love, personal determination, support, tears, embrace and lifting one another up. It was a game changing week!
For 2019 I'm volunteering with the Traffic team, helping make sure all the cyclists and support vehicles get in and out of our camp sights every night with no issues...and (most importantly) ringing all the cow bell!
June 3rd - June 9th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
WHY am I participating again?
I participate because I want to end the stigma against those who are living with HIV.
I participate because the LOVE BUBBLE of this event creates the bright shining light my soul craves.
I participate because I am hopeful that we are close to a cure.
I participate because I cannot imagine NOT being a part of this incredible experience yet again.
I participate because the cyclists are inspiring!
I participate because I believe in standing up for what’s right.
I participate because I care about people who are HIV positive.
I participate because 50,000 people will be diagnosed with HIV this year, and they need our help.
Will you support me by making a donation today?
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my page and for all the support you have given me!
