THE RIDE
June 2nd - June 8th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This year, I’ll be one of them!
What that actually means: every day for 7 days, I'll be riding a bike between 50 - 110 miles.
This is my 4th year joining the ride and 2nd time as a CYCLIST!! After volunteering as a Roadie for the 2 years, I decided it was finally time to challenge myself. I can honestly say that my experience with this ride has been life changing, and I can't wait to do it again.
Riders must raise a minimum of $3k to participate - that's where I need your help! I joined the ride 4 years ago because I felt frustrated with the political climate and was looking for a way to make an impact on my local community, beyond just voting. The money raised by ALC 2020 will go directly to the Los Angeles LGBTQ and San Francisco AIDS Foundations, which provide so many crucial services to the community, such as education, health services, and funding for research and lobbying efforts. in addition, your support for the AIDS/LifeCycle ride helps raise awareness and reduce the stigma around HIV/AIDS today.

The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
