I have decided to finally join my twin sister Dina on a 7 day journey riding from SF to LA. From June 5th - June 11th, I will ride my bike 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles to support the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center in the fight to end HIV/AIDS.
The services provided as a result of my fundraising efforts include counseling, HIV/STD screenings, linking youth experiencing homelessness and people living with HIV to housing, and so much more. By supporting this cause, you take a stand against stigma (I can't believe that there is still stigma with HIV/AIDS in 2022), helping to create a world where health justice is a reality and a simple human right for everyone.
To accomplish this, I’m asking you to join me in my commitment to help end HIV/AIDS. While $10,000 goes beyond the minimum amount required to ride, I’ve chosen to raise this money because I feel the need to do everything I can to help end this disease. $10,000 will make a world of difference for the organizations benefited by this ride, and the clients they serve. So, I’m asking you to donate as generously as you possibly can.
Your support means the world to me. Please forward the link to your friends, family to give them the opportunity to make a donation.
