545 miles. 3,000 cyclists. $16 MILLION just last year.
In 2018, AIDS/LifeCycle raised over $16 MILLION. In 2019, from June 2nd - June 8th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be out again participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. In 2019, I’ll be one of them! Thank you for joining me in this cause!
AIDS has gone from a death sentence to a chronic disease that you can live with for decades. From only one medicine with temporary relief to dozens of approved medications. Let's move from finding ways to live with it to finding ways to cure it.
I've been an avid cyclist riding at least 1,000 miles per year for the last 5 years and want to put all those hours in the sun toward a cause. After being inspired by the women of SF's SheSpoke Cycling Club, I decided to join this year. I support my friends and neighbors in SF and around the world to bring an end to a disease that impacts us all.
