Hello Friends & Family,
On May 31st, 2020, I’ll be riding once more with thousands of others in the AIDS/Lifecycle from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
Yes, I'm riding 545 miles again!
The most important lesson I've learned over the last year, is being of service to others. We live in a time when healthcare, HIV treatment and prevention, and medical coverage for all is increasingly at risk. This is a disease that affects folks from all backgrounds and socio-economic status. It may feel overwhelming, however, we can do something to change lives and start in our very own communities.
For those who haven't been able to afford the life saving healthcare they deserve, for those who don't have a support system to help navigate the tangled road of red tape to get the services they need, for those who will become ill in the coming years, I feel we owe it to them to raise awareness.
The LA LGBT Center does such important work in helping to reduce new HIV infections and improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS.
Help me reach my goal to raise $5k with your donation.
The funds go towards life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
Thanks so much for your support,
