The reason why I’m riding for this great cause.
This will be my second year riding in this incredible event that is so dear to my heart. A little about my story so you can get to know me. Last year I hit my rock bottom and had to make the decision to live or die. There was still just a little light left in me to want to live so I asked for help and checked myself into a rehabilitation hospital for alcohol addiction and will be celebrating my 1 year of sobriety on August 11th, 2019. This new desire to live life awoke my soul and heart to take on challenges that I would never commit to and to start making a difference in my community and to those individuals that are also reaching out for help with life threatening issues. AIDS/Lifecycle was the answer
Together we can do this and END AIDS.
May 30th - June 6th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This year, I’ll be one of them!
The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
