June 2nd - June 8th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This year, I’ll be one of them!
I will be riding in remembrance of my uncle Elliott Collazo. Elliott was an educator, life coach, salsa instructor, a proud father, and beaming grandpa. He was always impeccably dressed and utterly incandescent when he walked in to a room. After living with HIV for over 20 years and battling Cancer twice, Elliott passed away in November 2017. His life and death gave me a newfound awareness of how important the fight against HIV and AIDS really is.
The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me, my family and the AIDS Lifecycle Crew!
Please help support me on this ride and donate anything you can to help put an end to HIV and AIDS!
