Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ian Higley, and I'm truly pleased that you have found your way to my personal fundraising page towards my participation in the AIDS/LifeCycle. This will be my SECOND year riding in this amazing event. Last year I personally raised over $5000, my team raised nearly $300,000, and overall, AIDS/LifeCycle raised nearly $17,000,000! It was a record breaking year, and I am so proud to have been apart of that. The services offered with these funds raised are crucial towards an end goal of eventually eliminating HIV/AIDS, through suypport, medical needs, medicine, treatment, preventitive, care, etc. You can rest assured that the money you donate is going towards the cause!
Riding 545 miles in one week is no easy task, and it requires dedication and a lot of hard work. Waking up day after day, riding an average of 100 miles daiily, to get all the way from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It definitely takes a village to put on this event. We ride, and do this not only because it's fun- but because our sweat and tears benefits those truly in need. I'm super excited to be riding again in 2020, as a second year rider, and raising the funds is made possible by you! Your money, and my miles on a bike..
Donate today! Perhaps you will consider digging deep in your pockets and matching your dollars to my miles with a donation of $550. Perhaps you can offer .50¢ to evey mile I ride with a donation of $275.. You get the idea! All donations are tax deductible. Your donation towards my ride, means more to me than you could even imagine possible. Feel good, by making a difference in both yours and my life, TODAY!
Thank you for joining me in this cause!
May 31 - June 7 2020, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This year, I’ll be one of them!
The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
