Thank you for supporting me in this cause!
On June 2nd - June 8th, over 3,000 cyclists, roadies and virtual cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise awareness and funding for critial services. This year, I will be one of them!
The life-saving services offered by SF AIDS Foundation and the LA LGBT Center mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
As we work together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past, will you join the cause by making a donation today?

Grateful for Sunny Januaries
Living in CA never gets boring! And while we're getting some much-needed rain (and snow), that does make it challenging to find days to train for my upcoming 545-mile ride. That's why I'm so grateful for all the sunny days we've had in January. On January 12, I spend my Saturday morning riding around, enjoying the crisp air, and taking in beautiful sites. We took a break in Alviso... yes Alviso... and it was so pretty that we just had to snap a few photos. So I'm gonna make that my profile page pic for a few weeks!

Happy New Year!
As I look back on 2018, I am filled with gratitude! And just ONE of the things I am grateful for is my health.
It may sound trite, but I feel blessed daily that I am healthy, and that is just ONE of the reasons that I decided to participate in the 2019 AIDS Lifecycle. Not only will preparing for the ride help me become more healthy, but I am also using the time spent riding to remember those who have struggled with terminal health issues and to say a blessing for those who are currently struggling with illnesses.
With loving thoughts,
