I'm About to Do Something Crazy, and I Need Your Help
On January 12, 2019, I decided to embark on a spiritual journey and try sobriety out.
It has been a transformative, life-changing, emotional, and soulful experience that filled me with a great deal of purpose and humility.
As I approach one year of this major change, I decided I wanted to give back to my community and to do something that challenged, scared me, and helped others. I have been an activist all my life, but I want to really give back and make a meaningful change.
I trained all throughout the end of 2019 and through 2020 to ride in the AIDS/Lifecycle. I was devastated when just days before we were ready to embark on our 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center, our ride was cancelled due to COVID-19.
I still want to help make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. .
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
