Dear friends and family,
I've been riding road bikes for ~3 years now and it has truly changed my life. It's granted me the feeling of freedom, taught me perserverance, and led me to the most beautiful sights. I learned of the AIDS/LifeCycle recently, and after hearing the stories about the community and cause I have decided to join in 2020.
Fom May 31st to June 6th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me. As a rider in this event, we are required to raise a minimum of $3,000 and I am asking for your support in this endeavor. All of these funds will go directly toward the fight to end HIV/AIDS: increasing access to resources, improving community awareness of HIV/AIDS, and supporting organizations that are working hard each day to support those affected. Absolutely any amount you are able to share for the support of this cause is greatly, greatly appreciated.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past.
Thank you for your time and love - please reach out if you have any questions, want to join (?!), or just to say hello!
