From June 5th to June 11th I'll be biking 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This is going to be quite the adventure and over the next couple of months I'll be training hard!

Why am I doing this?

I'd actually registered for the 2020 ride, bought a road bike and kicked off training. My mom (who's a great cyclist and in WAY better shape than me) helped me train and gave me tips, but then the pandemic hit and the AIDs ride was post-poned. So after all that training I've now had to keep in shape for 2 years!!! haha So fingers crossed that 2022 will be the year we ride.

It's a good cause with some good people. I'm very grateful to be able to get up and move my body every day (something we sometimes forget is a luxury until we no longer can) so I plan to take advantage of this opportunity. What's better, I'll be doing it alongside fellow Adobe employees and supporting each other to the finish for a good cause!
