Hi there! I am Jose and the little one in the picture is my daughter, June.
I moved to San Francisco 5ish years ago and since then I’ve been wanting to find a way to contribute back to the city and be a part of the community. And now that June is a San Franciscan born and raised, I feel even more inclined to do so.
No city is perfect, and San Francisco is far from that, but this place is beautiful and desperately needs our involvement to fight some of its biggest issues including homelessness and access to health services.
That’s why I’m asking for your help today.
I am fundraising to support life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. The services provided as a result of this fundraising effort include counseling, HIV/STF screenings, linking youth experiencing homelessness and people living with HIV to housing, and so much more! These services mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means a lot to me.
My goal is to hit $3,000+. Will you help me support this incredible organization by making a donation today? I will be doing this ride form SF to LA (573 miles!) as a symbol of my commitment to this cause. I hope you can join me by making a gift today. Every dollar matters!
Thank you so much.
